What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, CareCredit, or ScratchPay.

Do you accept walk-ins or emergencies?
We do not accept walk-in appointments. Please call ahead to ensure availability. We will do our best to accommodate urgent cases, so if your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call ahead so our team can instruct you further.
What kinds of pets do you see?
Do you offer home delivery for medications and pet food?
Yes! With our online pharmacy, you can order prescriptions, preventives, and prescription diets online and have them shipped directly to your home—safe, secure, and on time.
How should I prepare for my pet’s first visit?
For new clients, we ask that you bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, and a list of your pet’s current medications. Having this information allows our team to provide the best care right from the start.
Do you offer financing for veterinary care?
Yes. In addition to accepting major credit cards, we partner with CareCredit and Scratch Pay, which offer flexible financing plans so you can manage veterinary expenses over time.
What if my pet is nervous about visiting the vet?
Our team understands that vet visits can be stressful. We use gentle handling techniques, a calm environment, and positive reinforcement to help pets feel more comfortable. For highly anxious pets, we can also discuss additional options to reduce stress.
